Thoughtful therapy for individuals, couples, and families
We offer care for anxiety, trauma, relationships, and life transitions - with a focus on perinatal mental health, identity, and experiences that feel layered or hard to name.
Our work is collaborative, steady, and grounded in understanding your story within the context of your life.
WOMEN’S MENTAL HEALTH
Perinatal, Postpartum, Perimenopause, and Beyond
Women’s mental health is often shaped by seasons of change - some expected, some disorienting, many rarely talked about.
We work with individuals navigating:
Fertility journeys and pregnancy
perinatal grief and loss
Postpartum adjustment and identity shifts
Perimenopause and menopause transitions
These experiences can bring anxiety, grief, mood changes, or a sense of disconnection from yourself or others.
Our work creates space to process these transitions with care - without minimizing what you are carrying, and without rushing you through it.
MEN’S MENTAL HEALTH
Many men have learned to carry quietly- to stay composed, push through, and keep moving, even when something feels off internally.
We work with men navigating:
Stress, burnout, and pressure to perform
Anger, irritability, or emotional shutdown
Identity shifts and relationship challenges
Therapy offers a space where you do not have to perform or have everything figured out.
Instead, we focus on building emotional awareness, clarity, and a more grounded connection to yourself and others.
COUPLES THERAPY
Relationships are shaped by patterns- some that create closeness, and others that leave us feeling stuck, reactive, or misunderstood.
We work with couples navigating communication challenges, conflict, life transitions, and emotional distance. Together, we begin to slow down the interaction cycles that keep you feeling disconnected.
Rather than assigning blame, we focus on understanding what each partner is bringing into the relationship- including past experiences, expectations, and emotional needs.
The goal is not perfection, but a more honest, responsive, and connected way of being together.
POLYPHONY
Co-Facilitated Couples & Family Work
Some conversations benefit from more than one perspective in the room.
Our polyphony model offers co-facilitated sessions, where two therapists work together to support couples and families. This allows for a broader, more layered understanding of what is unfolding.
We approach conversations with curiosity rather than correction- making space for multiple truths to exist without pressure to resolve them immediately.
This creates room for complexity, while helping each person feel heard, understood, and held within the larger system.
TEEN THERAPY
Trauma-Informed Support
Adolescence can be a time of intensity- where emotions feel heightened, experiences feel sharper, and support does not always feel accessible.
We work with teens navigating:
Trauma and overwhelming life experiences
Anxiety, emotional regulation, and identity development
Peer, family, and relational challenges
Many teens come in carrying experiences they have not had the language or space to process.
Our approach is steady, respectful, and collaborative- focused first on building trust, and then supporting deeper understanding over time.
