A Thoughtful, Collaborative Approach to Therapy
Our work is grounded in a person-centered, strengths-based approach that honors your story, your context, and your pace.
We draw from trauma-informed care, Open Dialogue, Narrative Therapy, CBT, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness-based approaches.
we create space for exploration- where different parts of your story can exist and be understood.
Making Space for More Than One Perspective
We offer co-facilitated couples and family sessions rooted in Open Dialogue.
This means two therapists in the room, creating space for multiple perspectives to exist without pressure to agree or resolve too quickly.
We approach conversations with curiosity rather than correction- allowing each voice to be heard, held, and explored.
This is what we mean by polyphony- the ability for different experiences and truths to exist side by side.
